We complete a full service (priced by machine type) and sew-off to ensure quality. If extra work is needed, you’ll get a free estimate first.

Where we’re working: We are currently operating from a private residence near Kaimukī while we gauge interest before committing to a retail shop.

What should I bring with my machine?
Bring the machine, power cord, foot control, bobbin case, and a presser foot. If a specific problem occurs on a certain fabric or thread, include a small sample.
How long does a service take?
We’re typically 2–4 days and guarantee no more than a week unless parts need to be ordered. Pickup & delivery may add a day for logistics.
Do you warranty your work?
Yes — we stand behind our service. If you experience the same issue within 30 days, contact us and we’ll make it right.
Do you take industrial or embroidery machines?
We’re focusing on household, vintage, sergers, and select semi-industrial machines. We are not taking full embroidery or full industrial machines at this time — text/call us for referrals.
